CitroBurn contains just one listed ingredient: 900mg of a formula called Sinetrol. There are four fruit extracts inside that formula, including red orange (Citrus sinensis), grapefruit (Citrus paradisi), orange (Citrus sinensis), and guarana (Paullinia cupana) extract. The formula is standardized to contain 90% polyphenols and 20% flavanones by weight.

After 12 weeks, researchers observed a significant reduction in body fat mass and body weight in the Sinetrol group.
In that 2020 study, researchers used a 900mg daily dose of Sinetrol – the same dose in CitroBurn. It was a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial – the best kind of research.
Researchers believe the weight loss effects of Sinetrol were linked with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, helping to lower blood triglyceride (TG) and cholesterol levels.
