What is Exuberant?

What is Exuberant?

Exuberant is a testosterone boosting supplement from PureHealth Research. The supplement claims to help older men regain the testosterone levels they had when they were younger.

Much like pre-workouts and prostate supplements may do, raising testosterone levels can provide a range of benefits, according to the official Exuberant website. You can boost your stamina, promote muscle growth, and improve your mood and quality of life, for example, among other hormonal and physical benefits.

Exuberant also claims to be safe to take because they have received no reports of side effects. While other testosterone boosters – like anabolic steroids – come with unwanted side effects, Exuberant claims to boost testosterone naturally without harmful effects.

Obviously, all testosterone boosters make similar claims – but few live up to those claims. Let’s take a closer look at how Exuberant works.

PureHealth Research Features & Benefits

PureHealth Research advertises all of the following features and benefits with Exuberant:

  • Boost mood and quality of life
  • Support youthful testosterone levels
  • Maintain heart health
  • Promote strong muscles and bones
  • Support hormone production
  • Boost energy and confidence

How Does Exuberant Work?

Exuberant claims to support youthful testosterone levels, helping older men raise testosterone levels to similar levels they had when they were younger.

Younger men tend to have higher testosterone levels than older men. Testosterone naturally declines with age. Starting around age 30, male testosterone levels decrease steadily with each year. An older man may have half as much testosterone as he did at a younger age.

That’s why many older men take testosterone supplements. Testosterone supplements like Exuberant claim to raise testosterone levels without resorting to ingredients with unwanted side effects – like anabolic steroids. Most test boosters use herbal extracts like tribulus terrestris, which has shown some evidence of raising testosterone levels of men in certain studies.

Other testosterone supplements, however, have no evidence of raising testosterone levels; instead, they simply contain libido boosters that make you feel like you have higher testosterone. These libido boosters might dilate blood vessels, for example, making it easier to get an erection. Or, they might enhance arousal and boost sexual desire.

So how does Exuberant work?

Exuberant contains a blend of blood vessel dilators (like L-arginine) and herbal extracts (like Tribulus terrestris and tongkat ali). The supplement seems to raise testosterone levels, then widen your blood vessels. It’s easier to get an erection, but you could also support normal testosterone levels.

Most studies indicate you need a large dose of tribulus terrestris to experience testosterone boosting benefits. This study, for example, showed that taking 1,500mg of tribulus terrestris per day led to significant improvements in erections and sexual satisfaction in men. Typically, research on tribulus terrestris uses dosages of 250 to 1,500mg per day. Larger men may want to take a larger dose.

L-arginine is also proven to widen blood vessels. Many people take L-arginine before a workout to enhance nitric oxide (NO) production in the body, widening blood vessels and giving you a better ‘pump’. Men with erectile issues, or men seeking to improve sexual performance, may take L-arginine for similar reasons. A common dosage of L-arginine is between 2 to 3g as many as 3 times per day.

PureHealth Research recommends taking Exuberant 20 to 30 minutes before a meal.

Exuberant Ingredients

Exuberant seems to contain the right ingredients, although the dosage seems too small to have a significant effect on most men:

  • 200mg of L-arginine
  • 200mg of Tongkat ali 100:1 extract
  • 300mg of ginger
  • 300mg of ashwagandha extract
  • 350mg of a testosterone blend (turmeric, tribulus terrestris, fenugreek, Epimedium, and L-citrulline)

In its marketing, PureHealth Research emphasizes ingredients like tribulus terrestris and L-arginine, both of which may benefit sexual function.

However, most of the formula consists of ingredients like ginger, turmeric, and ashwagandha. These herbal extracts are anti-inflammatories and antioxidants: they reduce inflammation and oxidation throughout the body. This can indirectly support healthy testosterone levels, although there’s limited evidence showing that any of these ingredients can directly or significantly boost testosterone.

The dosage also does not seem to match the dose used in various studies. There’s just 200mg of L-arginine, for example, when a typical L-arginine supplement serving size is 3,000mg taken up to 3 times per day. We don’t even know the specific dosage of tribulus terrestris because it’s hidden within the proprietary formula.

Final Word

Exuberant is a nutritional supplement that claims to raise testosterone levels, helping men achieve the same high testosterone levels they had at a younger age. By taking two capsules per day, you can purportedly boost your energy, muscle growth, and sexual function.

Exuberant seems to contain the right ingredients, although the dosages seem much smaller than what has been used in other studies. We know tribulus terrestris may raise testosterone at dosages of around 1,000mg, for example, but there seems to be less than 150mg of tribulus terrestris in each serving. Many of the ingredients are basic herbal extracts like ginger, ashwagandha, and turmeric, all of which are available at a fraction of the price through other supplements.

However, PureHealth Research does offer a generous 1-year money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with the results.

If you’re spending $40 on a testosterone booster, you can find better ingredients and stronger dosages than what we see in PureHealth Research’s Exuberant.
