What is G-force?

G-force is a nutritional supplement marketed as a dental health formula. The formula purportedly contains a range of natural ingredients that detoxify your saliva, which supports healthy gums and teeth.

By taking G-force daily, you can not only detoxify your gums – you can also detoxify your liver and “all bodily fluids” throughout your system, according to the official website.

G-force is marketed through a dramatic video and sales page at GforceTeeth.com. The website explains how G-force works, the powerful benefits of the formula, and everything else you need to know about G-force.

G-force is one of the most expensive oral health supplements we have reviewed. At $70 per bottle (plus shipping!), it’s more expensive than virtually any other capsulated nutritional supplement on the market. As far as we know, no other major dental health formula charges similar prices.

Let’s take a closer look at how G-force works.

How Does G-force Work?

G-force claims to contain ingredients that detoxify your saliva. Your saliva plays a crucial role in oral health. Studies show people with dry mouth tend to have worse teeth than people with plenty of saliva. The toxicity of your saliva could also play a role.

According to the official G-force website, the formula uses a “concentrated formula” of natural ingredients to detoxify your saliva, which supports healthy gums and teeth while detoxifying your entire body, among other benefits:

“G-force contains a concentrated formula of powerful natural ingredients scientifically designed to detoxify your saliva [and] support healthy gums and teeth.”

Obviously, that’s a vague description that could apply to virtually any supplement on the market. “Detoxify” is one of the biggest buzzwords in the health supplement space. So how does G-force actually detoxify your saliva and body? Here’s how the company explains it:

“The powerful antioxidants in G-force help to detoxify your liver and all bodily fluids, resulting in alkaline, bacteria-fighting saliva, strong gums, and teeth.”

To achieve these benefits, G-force uses ingredients like zinc, milk thistle extract, and celery seed extract, among other ingredients.

Who Should Use G-force?

The makers of G-force recommend the formula to people with swollen gums, yellow teeth, bad breath, and imbalanced mouth bacteria.

All of the following groups can purportedly benefit from G-force:

  • Those with yellow teeth or bacteria that cause yellow teeth
  • Anyone with swollen gums
  • Anyone who has bad breath or wants to get fresher breath
  • Someone who wants to get a great smile

Overall, G-force claims to detoxify your saliva and mouth, killing harmful bacteria and restoring balance to your oral health. By using G-force daily, you can purportedly enjoy powerful benefits.

G-force Benefits

G-force claims to offer all of the following benefits:

  • More good flora in your mouth
  • Detoxify your liver, saliva, and all bodily fluids
  • Support friendly bacteria in your mouth
  • Get strong, shiny teeth
  • Get new confidence and fresh breath

G-force Ingredients

Each bottle of G-force contains 60 vegetable capsules (30 servings). Each serving contains zinc mixed with a range of plant, herbal, and fruit extracts.

Key ingredients in G-force include:

Minerals: G-force contains 30mg of zinc, or 273% of your Daily Value of zinc.

Plant, Leaf, and Flower Extracts: G-force contains 200mg of milk thistle seed, 50mg of beet root, 50mg of artichoke leaf, 50mg of Chanca piedra plant, 50mg of dandelion root, 50mg of chicory root, 50mg of yarrow flowers, and 50mg of jujube seed.

Proprietary Blend: Approximately half of the ingredients in G-force are packaged inside a proprietary blend, making it impossible to view individual ingredient dosages. We know there’s 586mg of formula in that proprietary blend in total, although we don’t know individual dosages. Key ingredients in G-force include celery seed, alfalfa herb, burdock root, yellow dock root, methionine, grape seed, L-cysteine, feverfew, N-acetyl cysteine, turmeric root, red raspberry frit, berberine, and ginger.

Ultimately, G-force doesn’t seem to contain a significant amount of most listed ingredients. 50mg of an herbal extract may not be enough to have a significant effect on your health and wellness.

As far as we can tell, G-force only has significant dosages of two ingredients: zinc and milk thistle seed. You can find zinc or milk thistle seed supplements at a higher dose for under $10 online, so it’s unclear why G-force is priced at $70 per bottle.

Scientific Evidence for G-force

The makers of G-force make dramatic claims about the benefits of their formula, claiming it detoxifies fluids throughout your body.

Unfortunately, G-force has not gone through any clinical trials or studies on animals or humans. The manufacturer has not run any tests on the formula whatsoever.

Instead, the company cites studies on individual ingredients within the formula as proof G-force strengthens your teeth and gums. Unfortunately, many of those studies use much different dosages than what we see in G-force, making it hard to connect the benefits.

The company cites this 2010 study that shows grape seed extract had a wound healing effect. In that study, researchers gave animals a dose of 100mg per kg of grape skin powder per day, then observed wound healing benefits. This study took place on animals – not humans – and used a much higher dose than what we see in G-force.

G-force also contains a significant dose (200mg) of milk thistle extract. Milk thistle has been used for centuries for general health and wellness and diabetes. Today, we know milk thistle extract works because it’s rich with antioxidants. Those antioxidants have been linked with some benefits in some small studies, although we can’t find any evidence of milk thistle extract strengthening gums or helping oral health in any significant way.

The only ingredient in G-force shown to legitimately support oral health is zinc. Zinc has been studied repeatedly for its impact on oral health, and getting enough zinc could be linked with oral health benefits.

This 2011 study published in the International Dental Journal showed that taking zinc orally could impact enamel and cavities. Zinc is naturally present in plaque, saliva, and enamel. That’s why many oral health products contain zinc.

Obviously, you can find zinc in any multivitamin supplement, zinc formula, and many oral health products – you don’t need to spend $70 on a bottle of G-force.

G-force Pricing

As mentioned above, G-force is one of the priciest oral health supplements available online today. At $50 to $70 per bottle, it’s unusually expensive given the relatively weak dosages within the formula:

1 Bottle: $69 + $9.95 Shipping

3 Bottles: $177 + Free Shipping

6 Bottles: $294 + Free Shipping

G-force Refund Policy

G-force comes with a 60 day refund policy. You can request a complete refund within 60 days with no questions asked.

Who’s Behind G-force?

The makers of G-force provide surprisingly little information about themselves, their background, their ingredient sources, or their manufacturing location. Typically, you want to know all of this information before you take a supplement.

It’s unclear if the makers of G-force are medical doctors, dentists, certified nutritionists, or if they have any formal medical experience whatsoever.

G-force is marketed online by BuyGoods, an ecommerce company registered in Delaware. The company has a history of selling overpriced supplements, health eBooks, and other goods online.

Final Word

G-force is a nutritional supplement that claims to detoxify your saliva and support oral health using ingredients like zinc and milk thistle.

The supplement has low dosages of most ingredients, making it difficult to understand how it works – or if it works at all. The two biggest ingredients in G-force are zinc and milk thistle extract, both of which are available in much cheaper supplements.

Overall, there’s a complete lack of transparency about G-force, where the supplement is made, what type of medical expertise was used to make the formula, or why the supplement is worth anywhere close to $70. You can find better dental support supplements than G-force available online for a fraction of the price.
