Kyle had high blood pressure and other cardiovascular issues in his 40s. After experiencing chest pains at age 45, Kyle went to the doctor. Multiple doctors told Kyle he had an undiagnosed heart condition and needed sudden, emergency, open heart surgery.
After that surgery, Kyle was motivated to protect his heart health. He started researching alternative treatments for cardiovascular disease, natural ways to lower blood pressure, and similar therapies.

How Does CardiaFlow Work?
CardiaFlow works by targeting a “hidden landmine” of heart health. Kyle claims anyone can have this hidden landmine regardless of your age, diet, exercise habits, or genetics. If you have this hidden landmine, then your heart is a ticking time bomb – and you need to take Kyle’s CardiaFlow supplement to avoid dangerous outcomes.
CardiaFlow claims to target this hidden heart health landmine as part of a 10-second daily ritual.
The hidden landmine is called coronary arterial calcium, or CAC. It’s a fancy word for calcium buildup along your arteries. If you have excessive calcium buildup along your circulatory system, then you have a higher risk of cardiovascular issues. You also have a higher risk of experiencing deadly cardiovascular issues, which means you may be more likely to die from a heart attack or stroke.
Kyle claims to have identified a “secret weapon” that can “support lower CAC…naturally reducing your risk for the most serious threats to your cardiovascular health.”
Kyle’s “secret weapon” is an ingredient called MK-7, which we’ll talk more about below.
By taking Kyle’s miracle heart disease therapy, you can purportedly lower CAC and reduce your risk of cardiovascular complications, among other benefits. In fact, Kyle claims he used CardiaFlow instead of prescription blood pressure medications.
These are enormous claims to make – and again, Kyle has no professional medical experience.
Despite Kyle’s lack of experience, he claims to have used CardiaFlow to recover from emergency open heart surgery. Using his secret weapon, he significantly lowered his blood pressure to a normal range and “astonished” his doctor:
“So using myself as a guinea pig… and making no other changes to my doctor’s recommendations… I added MK-7 to my routine. Kyle claims his doctor was astonished by his progress and that it was the fastest he had ever seen anyone recover from open heart surgery. Instead of prescribing medication, Kyle’s doctor saw sufficient progress with CardiaFlow to avoid additional medication:

You should be skeptical any time a supplement claims to offer results like CardiaFlow. Typically, you need to make significant changes to diet or exercise habits (or take blood pressure medication) to improve cardiovascular health this quickly and this significantly. Kyle, however, claims he enjoyed similar benefits using just a single basic supplement.
So what’s inside Kyle’s miracle formula? Kyle claims to have packaged multiple heart-supporting ingredients together. Here’s a brief overview of each ingredient and how it works:
MK-7 (Vitamin K2): Kyle describes MK-7 as a “personal protector” for your heart. Menaquinone-7 (MK-7) is a type of vitamin K homolog linked with certain benefits. In multiple studies, MK-7 was shown to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. CardiaFlow contains 180mcg of MK-7, which Kyle describes as “a clinically validated dose” (although other studies use doses of 720mcg per day).
Vitamin D3: CardiaFlow also contains vitamin D3. Kyle claims vitamin D3 “triggers the production of an enzyme called angiotensin, which controls the opening and closing of your blood vessels…naturally helping to regulate blood pressure”, among other benefits. Vitamin D3 plays a crucial role across your body, and you can easily get vitamin D3 from multivitamins, dietary sources, and other formulas.
CoQ10: Coenzyme Q-10 (CoQ10) is one of the most popular anti-aging compounds available today. You can find CoQ10 in various supplements, where it claims to provide antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits, among other effects. According to Kyle, CoQ10 “acts like an impenetrable shield around your mitochondria to help support stellar heart health”, among other cardiovascular benefits.
Grape Seed Extract: Kyle claims the grape seed extract in CardiaFlow is “a powerful way to support healthy blood pressure, support lower levels of CAC, and protecting your heart health…”, among other benefits. Grape seed extract is rich with polyphenols that can support cardiovascular health in various ways.
Overall, the ingredients in CardiaFlow are like combining an antioxidant supplement with a multivitamin. You get vitamins K2 and D3 mixed with popular antioxidants like CoQ10 and grape seed extract. All of these ingredients are commonly found in supplements for under $10.
Scientific Evidence for CardiaFlow
CardiaFlow has not gone through any clinical trials or scientific studies. The formula has not been proven to work as advertised on any human or animal subjects to date.
However, the makers of CardiaFlow cite third party studies performed on individual ingredients within CardiaFlow. Unfortunately, many of these studies use much different dosages than what we see in CardiaFlow, and it’s unlikely CardiaFlow works as advertised to significantly support heart health in any way.
In this 2018 study, for example, researchers studied the effects of menaquinone-7 (MK-7) supplementation in patients with heart issues. Researchers determined that “MK-7 supplementation will slow down the calcification process”.
However, researchers used a significantly higher dose of MK-7 than what was used in CardiaFlow. Researchers gave 400 men aged 65 to 74 years either 720mcg of MK-7 per day or a placebo. After two years, researchers noticed significant cardiovascular effects in the MK-7 group.
CardiaFlow contains just 1/4 of the dose used in that study: there’s 180mcg of MK-7 in each capsule, which is much lower than the 720mcg of MK-7 used in the study.
However, CardiaFlow does contain a normal dose of both grape seed extract and CoQ10. Both of these ingredients have been shown to support general health and wellness by delivering high doses of antioxidants.
According to the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (part of the NIH), grape seed extract can help with venous insufficiency, a condition where veins have problems sending blood from the legs back to the heart. It can also provide general anti-inflammatory benefits.
Similarly, WebMD explains that coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) can act as an antioxidant to “lower blood pressure slightly” and “treat heart failure and other heart conditions, possibly helping to improve some symptoms and lessen future cardiac risk when combined with regular medications”. However, WebMD cautions that the evidence for CoQ10 is “conflicting”, with some studies indicating CoQ10 is no better than a placebo.
Overall, there’s some evidence that CardiaFlow works as advertised to support heart health. However, you can find similar ingredients in much cheaper supplements (including multivitamins, grape seed extract supplements, and CoQ10 supplements with much higher dosages).
